Exchanges & Returns

We offer a no questions asked return and exchange policy within 7 days of purchase. In all cases, please contact us at nmita@ampliobeauty.com to initiate the process. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will require a receipt for proof of purchase.

Please package the returned items securely to prevent damage during shipping. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and recommend you return the items by Registered Post.

When we have received your returned item in as new condition, you will receive a voucher which can be redeemed on our online store within 3 months. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
